I began playing with wire when I was 15 years old. In high school, I would make wire names for people. Out of a sequence of events involving banana runts and telephones, I created a stick figure made from coiled wire, and called it Spiral Buddy. The creation was simple, so that it could be anyone's buddy.  Over the years, I have crafted animals, dragons, jewelry, baskets, flowers, two dimensional wall art pieces, and a variety of other art using wire and other materials.  Through experimentation, my experiences, and the exploration of new outlets, I have evolved not only as an artist, but as a person as well.

Along with wire art, some of my life’s pleasures are Kundalini Yoga, living food, poetry, sewing, singing, spirit dancing, gardening, composting, tree climbing, playing with my kitties and laughter. My spiritual name is Satjit Kaur, which means princess of true victory.  I must be truly victorious, because I have conquered the heart and hand of my fiance´, Paul Stutzman.  It pleases me to see the joy that my creations bring to other people.
